Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. carrots, peeled, cooked until almost tender, then sliced, 1 can tomato soup, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Arrange first 3 ingredients in layers.
Combine the rest and bring to boil.
Pour over carrots, etc.
Chill at least 12 hours. When serving, remove carrots, etc. with a slotted spoon, from the marinade which can be used again.
Can be made days ahead of time.
