Marinated Artichokes
Marinated Artichokes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 cans artichokes, rinsed and quartered, 3 cans anchovy filets, chopped (not the oil), 3 bunches green onions, chopped fine, small amount parsley, chopped and 1 pt. olive oil or enough to cover ingredients, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.
