Marinated Artichoke Chicken
Marinated Artichoke Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, garlic salt, 1 pkg. onion soup mix mixed with small amount water, soy sauce and 2 jars marinated artichokes, reserve oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Chicken breasts into a long baking casserole, skin side up.
Sprinkle garlic salt and soup mix on top of chicken.
Sprinkle soy sauce over all of chicken mixture. Evenly distribute artichokes with some of the oil.
Place mushrooms on top. Bake, uncovered,
3/4 hours.
Serve with River Road Rice.
