Mari's Cheese Potatoes
Mari'S Cheese Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 large potatoes, cut in pieces about 1 1/2-inch in size, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter and 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Boil the potatoes; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then saute the onions in the butter until translucent.
Add the cheese and parsley and stir until the cheese melts.
Add potatoes and coat with cheese.
Can be served as is or placed in oven to brown the cheese on top of the potatoes.
