Margaret's Potatoes
Margaret'S Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pt. sour cream and 1/3 c. sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat butter and soup in saucepan.
When it is thoroughly heated, add the sour cream.
Remove from heat and add onions and cheese.
Put the potatoes in a 2-quart buttered baking dish and gently mix in the soup mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
