Margaret's Gingerbread
Margaret'S Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. molasses, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. wesson oil, 1 egg and 1 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix molasses, brown sugar, Wesson oil and egg until smooth. Sift dry ingredients together and add to above.
Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle mixed cinnamon and sugar across top before baking.
