Marbled Haupia
Marbled Haupia is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with coconut milk (frozen), cornstarch, salt, sugar and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook haupia as directed on the back of the coconut milk can (uses cornstarch, salt, sugar and water).
Add vanilla after haupia is cooked.
Take out 1 cup of cooked haupia and stir chocolate into it (more for extra dark chocolate).
Pour remaining haupia in a pan.
Drizzle chocolate mixture over poured pan of white haupia.
Pull a knife zigzag through the haupia to marbleize the chocolate.
Refrigerate to set.
