Mix yellow cake mix, brown sugar, oil, water and eggs together.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes. Take out and cut with knife to marble.
Continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes more. Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
