Marbled Chocolate Bars
Marbled Chocolate Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and 3/4 c. chocolate chip morsels, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prepare cake batter according to package directions.
Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoonfuls over batter.
Cut through batter with a knife to swirl the cream mixture.
Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Yields 3 dozen.
