Marble Cheesecake
Marble Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. crushed nilla wafers, 16 oz. nonfat cottage cheese, 8 oz. nonfat cream cheese, 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Spray 8-inch spring-form pan or 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Place cookies in bottom of pan.
Process cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor or blender until smooth.
Add flour, sugar, salt, egg whites and vanilla.
Whirl until blended.
Remove 1/3 cup of filling; stir in cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar and milk. Pour plain filling into pan.
Spoon chocolate mixture in mounds over top.
Swirl to create a marble platter.
Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Leave cheesecake in oven with door ajar 1 hour.
Chill.
