Maraschino Sauce
Maraschino Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp. salt, 8 oz. jar maraschino cherries and syrup and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together in a saucepan.
Drain cherries and reserve syrup.
Gradually stir in syrup and water. Stir constantly and bring to boil over medium heat.
Cover; simmer 3 minutes.
Cut cherries in halves and stir into mixture.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups sauce.
Good with ice cream.
