Maple Pork Chops
Maple Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.), fat trimmed, 1/4 c. onion, peeled and chopped, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In a large skillet, heat oil.
Add pork chops and brown, turning once to brown second side.
Place pork chops in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan over a low heat, combine onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, pepper, maple syrup and water, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture over pork chops and bake covered for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes. Remove pork chops; cover and set aside.
