Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 32 oz. jar ragu spaghetti sauce, 1 c. water, salt and 1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Crumble ground beef; cook and drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and 1 Tbsp. salt.
In another bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Parmesan, eggs, pepper, 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stuff uncooked manicotti with cheese filling.
In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, pour 1/2 of meat sauce, arrange manicotti in single layer.
Add remainder of meat sauce to cover.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
Cover and cook 1 and 1/2 hours at 325Β°. (Check at 1 hour.)
