Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, browned, 32 oz. spaghetti sauce, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. salt and 15 oz. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix beef, spaghetti sauce, water and salt.
Heat until bubbly. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese.
Stuff manicotti shells with mixture.
If you microwave, these do not have to be cooked beforehand, but if using a regular oven, do cook manicotti shells first according to package directions.
