Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box manicotti shells, 15 oz. tomato herb sauce, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. burgundy and 1/2 c. parmesan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place manicotti shells in baking pan and cover with boiling water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
In a small bowl, combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix well, then stuff in shells.
Then combine herb sauce, water, Burgundy and Parmesan in large bowl.
Cover shells in baking pan after filled and bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
