Manicotti

Season meat with salt, pepper and parsley.
Cook manicotti in 4 quarts of water for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain in a bowl, combine milk and egg.
Moisten the bread slices.
Tear and mix with meat.
Stuff in manicotti.
Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour spaghetti sauce over manicotti.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
