Manicotti
Manicotti is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Whisk together eggs and milk.
Add flour and continue to whisk until all of the lumps are gone.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet to medium heat.
Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on hot skillet like a very thin pancake.
Cook each side until lightly brown. Place crepe on a dish.
Repeat process until all of the batter is done.
Place a piece of wax paper between each crepe. Wrap crepes in foil and set aside.
