Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. ricotta cheese, 1/4 lb. grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Stuff shells with mixture.
Dilute spaghetti sauce with 10 ounces water.
Simmer in pan over low heat.
Cover bottom of large baking dish with spaghetti sauce.
Layer filled shells and cover with spaghetti sauce.
Cover dish and bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove cover; sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese; bake 10 minutes more. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
