Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large manicotti shells, 4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided, 2 c. ricotta cheese, 2 tbsp. dried basil and 1/2 c. parmesan or romano cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain; rinse with cool water.
Let pasta dry on paper towels.
In a medium bowl, stir together 3 cups Mozzarella, Ricotta and basil.
Carefully stuff pasta with cheese mixture.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread 2 cups Marinara Sauce on bottom of dish.
Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce on top.
Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Top with Parmesan; bake 10 minutes longer.
