Mango Sorbet
Mango Sorbet is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. mango fruit, skins and seeds removed and pureed, 4 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 c. orange juice, 2 c. water and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients in non-corrosive pan.
Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove to a shallow container; set in freezer.
Stir every 30 minutes to keep from freezing solid.
Scrape into glasses; garnish with raspberry sauce and fresh mint.
Serves 12.
