Mango Chutney
Mango Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 c. sliced green mangoes, 1/2 c. salt, 7 c. brown sugar, 3 c. vinegar and 3 tbsp. minced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine drained, canned pineapple chunks, sliced dates, diced bananas, halves of maraschino cherries and shredded coconut in any desired proportions.
Pour a little pineapple syrup over all and chill well.
