Mandarin Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, undiluted and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
