Mandarin Salad
Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 44 minutes. Made with pt. sour cream, c. miniature marshmallows, mandarin oranges, drained, (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained and c. shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the sour cream, marshmallows and coconut.
Use wooden spoon and stir in oranges and pineapple.
Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add bananas.
Serves 6.
