Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, c. cold water, (16 oz.) cool whip, (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and (3 oz.) pkg. cookable vanilla pudding (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple; discard juices.
Combine dry jello and dry pudding with cold water; bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add Cool Whip to cooled mixture in large bowl; fold in oranges and pineapple.
Pour into a mold or serving bowl and set.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Keep refrigerated.
