Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 2 c. cold water, 1 (16 oz.) cool whip, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cookable vanilla pudding (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple; discard juices.
Combine dry jello and dry pudding with cold water; bring to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add Cool Whip to cooled mixture in large bowl; fold in oranges and pineapple.
Pour into a mold or serving bowl and set.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Keep refrigerated.
