Mandarin Orange Fluff
Mandarin Orange Fluff is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 1 pt. orange sherbet and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain juice from oranges.
Add water to make 2 cups liquid. Add sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Add and dissolve jello.
Cool and allow to partially set.
Whip the whipping cream.
Whip jello until fluffy.
Beat in sherbet.
Fold in whipped cream.
Add oranges.
Turn into mold and refrigerate.
Serves 8.
