Mandarin Orange Cake

Large bowl mix all ingredients.
Beat on high speed with an electric beater. Beat for 3 minutes.
Place batter in funnel pan which has been greased with Crisco and dusted with flour. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tester (or toothpicks) comes out clean.
Ice if desired.
