Mandarin Orange Cake
Mandarin Orange Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cake mix, oranges (with juice) eggs and oil.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed with electric mixer.
Reduce speed to low for 1 minute.
Pour batter in 2 greased and floured pans, either round or square.
(Can also be baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan.)
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cake should be just springy to touch in the center.
Let cake cool thoroughly.
