Mandarin Mousse Mold
Mandarin Mousse Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. jell-o (orange flavor), 1 c. cold water, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained and 1 (8 oz.) tub cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water.
Place mandarin oranges in 6-cup mold.
Spoon 2 cups gelatin mixture into mold over oranges.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set, but not firm (should stick to finger).
