Mandarin Chicken
Mandarin Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breast, 1 small zucchini, 2 stalks celery, 1 can mandarin oranges and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavored oriental noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut chicken breast into strips.
Slice zucchini and celery. Saute chicken, then set aside.
Break up noodles.
Cook in 1 cup of water with zucchini and celery slices for five minutes.
Stir in chicken, flavor packet and sweet and sour sauce.
Heat thoroughly.
Top each serving with mandarin oranges.
Serves four.
