Manasta
Manasta is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. spareribs, 2 bunches escarole, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper and red pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut and clean escarole.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Cut spareribs discarding excess fat.
Put in pan with water to cover.
Boil 1/2 hour.
Skim off foam.
Add escarole, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes more.
