Flour, sugar and salt, cut in shortening to size of peas.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk and add beaten eggs to mixture.

Flour mixture and knead until it comes away clean hands.

Place in large bowl, cover with tea towel and place in cold spot overnight (refrigerator will do).
