Maki's Fried Rice
Maki'S Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice, 2 eggs with 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/2 medium onion, 1/2 green pepper and 2 small carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Fry bacon.
When done, remove bacon and pour off some of the grease; pour beaten eggs into pan and scramble; remove eggs.
Add oil to pan and turn on high.
Add diced onion.
Stir 1 minute; add chopped green pepper and grated carrots.
Quickly stir for 2 minutes.
Return the eggs and crumbled bacon to pan.
Stir briefly.
Reduce heat to medium-high.
Add rice and heat thoroughly.
Add salt, Accent and black pepper.
Mix well.
