Make Ahead Potatoes
Make Ahead Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salt water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream, 1 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mash potatoes, then combine potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and onion powder.
Whip and mash until fluffy.
Add small amount of milk, if needed.
Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
When ready to bake, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
