Main Dish Spanish Rice
Main Dish Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can mexican style stewed tomatoes, cut up, 3/4 c. quick cooking brown rice, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 (15 oz.) can black beans or red kidney beans, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large skillet, stir together undrained tomatoes, rice, sugar, garlic powder, 2/3 cup water and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 12 to 14 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir beans, beef and salsa into rice mixture; heat together.
Wrap tortillas in foil.
Heat in a 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
