Magnolia Pie
Magnolia Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, rind and juice of two lemons and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Beat eggs well. Beat in cream cheese and sugar.
Add rind and juice of one lemon.
Pour into two graham cracker crumb crust pie shells.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Combine rest of sugar and juice of other lemon with sour cream.
Refrigerate.
Remove pies and cool slightly.
Spread sour cream topping and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate overnight.
