Magic White Frosting
Magic White Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 5 tbsp. cold water and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix in saucepan, sugar, salt, cream of tartar and water. Stir.
Bring to a full boil.
Place two egg whites in small mixer bowl.
Do not beat until syrup is cooked.
Pour syrup slowly over the egg whites, while beating at high speed, until all syrup has been added.
Reduce speed to medium.
Add vanilla; beat until mixture is of spreading consistency.
Ice cake.
May sprinkle on coconut, if desired.
