Preheat oven to 350°
(325° for glass dish).
In a 13 x 9-inch pan melt butter in oven.
Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Pour condensed milk over crumbs evenly.
Top with nuts and M&M's. Press down firmly.
Bake to 30 minutes or until light brown.
Cool.
Chill and store at room temperature.
