Magic Fruit Cobbler
Magic Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. white flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Melt butter in oven in an 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish while oven preheats.
In blender, mix milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Remove pan from oven. Spread batter evenly in pan.
Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir.
Pour fruit evenly over batter. Do not stir. Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until crust is brown.
