Magic Fruit Cake
Magic Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. mincemeat, 1 1/2 c. water or 3/4 c. water, 1/2 c. rum, 1/4 c. brandy, 1 to 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break mincemeat into medium saucepan; add water or rum mixture; boil 1 minute.
Put in large bowl; add fruit, walnuts, dates, Eagle Brand milk and eggs.
Mix well, then add flour and soda.
Mix well.
