Magic Cookie Bars
Magic Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with c. margarine, c. graham cracker crumbs, (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk, (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350° if using a metal dish; if using a glass dish, preheat oven to 325°.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, melt margarine in oven.
Sprinkle crumbs over margarine.
Pour Eagle Brand milk over crumbs.
Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool if desired.
Cut into bars.
Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
