Maggie's Macaroni
Maggie'S Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. elbow macaroni, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped and 1 inch velveeta cheese, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Bring 2 quarts water to a boil.
Add macaroni and reduce heat to low.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Drain.
Spray frying pan with Pam. Add ground beef and chopped onion; season with fresh ground pepper.
Cook over low heat until brown.
In large casserole, place macaroni, beef and onions, tomatoes and cheese.
Heat in microwave for 5 minutes and serve.
