Macaroons is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. sweetened coconut, 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring and 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Add the flavoring to the sweetened coconut; mix thoroughly.
Add the condensed milk; mix.
Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into the coconut mix.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.
Remove to a rack and cool.
