Macaroons
Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. corn flakes and 1 1/2 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.
Slowly beat in sugar until dissolved.
Add vanilla.
Crush corn flakes slightly with hands.
Add flakes and coconut and blend in.
Drop on cookie sheets covered with brown paper from grocery bags.
Bake at 325Β° until set and slightly browned.
Place wet kitchen towel on counter and slide paper and cookies onto it.
Wait for 1 minute and lift cookies to rack to cool.
