Macaroni Toss
A picnic macaroni salad sharpened with cubed cheddar, sweet gherkins, and frozen peas in a mayo dressing. Old-school church-supper food.

Cook macaroni until tender and drain.
Cook peas and drain. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayonnaise and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
