Macaroni Saute
Macaroni Saute is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. elbow macaroni (8 oz. pkg.), uncooked, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green peppers, 1 clove garlic, minced and 1/2 c. cooking oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute raw macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot cooking oil just until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
May need to add more water.
