Macaroni Salad

(8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked, 1 c. marzetti's slaw dressing, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/3 c. finely chopped carrots and 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain well. Rinse with cool water to cool quickly.
