Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, 1 large tomato, diced, 3/4 c. chopped onion (purple), 3/4 c. chopped green pepper and 3/4 c. pimiento green stuffed olives, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni in large pot of boiling water until tender, but firm.
Drain in colander.
Rinse with cold water.
In large bowl, combine macaroni, onions, tomato, green pepper and sliced olives.
Add enough fat-free salad dressing.
Toss lightly; salt and pepper to taste!
Place in refrigerator.
Chill for 30 minutes.
