Macaroni Salad
Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. diced celery and 1 can diced tomatoes or 1 1/2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Add elbow macaroni, celery, tomatoes, onions, pepper and peas.
Toss to coat well.
Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
