Macaroni Pizza
Macaroni Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium chopped onion, 2 cans tomato soup, undiluted, 1 1/2 c. macaroni and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet.
Add tomato soup and cook 15 minutes until thickened.
Stir frequently.
Cook macaroni until tender.
Add egg and milk to the macaroni.
Spread macaroni mixture in greased jelly roll or cookie pan.
Spread tomato beef mixture on top of macaroni.
Place thin slices of cheese on top and bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
